Hi, I’m Katrin. After more than 20 years working in corporate environments, I understand first-hand how demanding modern professional life can be. Long days, busy schedules, constant responsibilities and limited time often make it difficult to prioritise health, nutrition and personal wellbeing.

At the same time, I have spent over 14 years working in the health and nutrition industry, developing a deep interest in how nutrition supports energy, performance and long-term health. This combination of corporate experience and nutrition expertise shapes the way I work with clients today.

I know what it feels like to juggle work, life, training and health goals — and I believe that nutrition support needs to be realistic, practical and sustainable for busy lives.

My Approach

I am an AfN certified Health and Sports Performance Nutrition Coach. My approach focuses on helping people build simple, sustainable nutrition habits that support energy throughout the workday, physical performance and recovery, healthy body composition, and long-term wellbeing. Rather than restrictive diets, I focus on structured, sustainable habits that fit into demanding lifestyles.
